Resolution No. 4866 incorporated a"performance agreement" <br /> between Safeway and the City approving a specific site plan and a condition encouraging Safeway to <br /> incorporate the existing service station at 41 and Rucker into its site plan. Safeway proposed revisions <br /> incorporating a new gas dispensing station into the approved site plan by changing the orientation of drive <br /> isles and parking west of the station, allowing traffic to move between the store and gas dispensing facility. <br /> In accordance with the Resolution of Intent to Rezone City Council must approve changes to the site plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of a Resolution amending the Site Plan approved in Resolution 4866 to <br /> accommodate a gas dispensing station on the southwest corner of 41" Street and Rucker Avenue and <br /> implementing the Resolution of Intent to Rezone the property, Resolution No. 4866. <br />
