Additionally,Utilities has identified the need to consider an emergency power supply <br /> (generator) at this critical facility. Alderwood Water&Wastewater District wishes to share certain portions <br /> of this proposed study(amounting to approximately 15%of the cost). This Memorandum of Agreement <br /> with Alderwood Water&Wastewater District will provide a framework for sharing the costs and benefits of <br /> the consultant engineering study(separate City Council Agenda item) for the Evergreen Way facilities, <br /> where Alderwood Water&Wastewater District operates two pump stations. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor to sign Memorandum of Agreement with Alderwood Water and Wastewater District for <br /> Phase 1 (engineering study) of the Evergreen Way Pump Station Improvements project. <br /> PC:WORD:CouncilAgenda:JMc-MOA-Alder-Agn-3-26-03 <br />
