COMPENSATION <br /> A. Fixed Fee. In consideration of the services provided to BCG as set forth herein, <br /> for each calendar year during the Term of this Agreement, the City shall pay BCG <br /> an amount equal to Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000) (the "Fixed <br /> Fee") payable in twelve equal monthly payments of Thirty-seven Thousand Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) payable on the first (1st) business day of each <br /> month during the Term. Partial months shall be prorated based on the actual <br /> number of days included within those months. Beginning in April 2005 and for <br /> each successive twelve-month period thereafter, the Fixed Fee shall be adjusted <br /> by 0.9 times the Seattle, Washington Consumer Price Index ("CPI") June-to-June <br /> measurement period for the immediately preceding calendar year, provided that <br /> total revenue has increased by at least three percent for the immediately preceding <br /> calendar year. <br /> B. Variable Fee.
