3 - <br /> Exhibit A <br /> THE WEYERHAEUSER ROOM <br /> AT EVERETT STATION <br /> 3201 SMITH AVENUE, EVERETT,WASHINGTON 98201 <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> 1.0 Prioritization of Users <br /> Categories will be prioritized for the use of the fourth floor meeting and <br /> banquet facility, known as the Weyerhaeuser Room and outdoor space that <br /> require prior approval, fees or scheduling. Priority will generally be in favor <br /> of full paying events. <br /> 1.1 First priority shall go to Full Payment Users <br /> 1.2 Second priority shall go to public organizations and agencies with <br /> interagency agreements with the City which include use of City facilities <br /> 1.3 Third priority shall go to City of Everett sponsored activities and <br /> co-sponsored activities. <br /> 2.0 Eligibility <br /> 2.1 Applicant's activities are in compliance with city, county, state and <br /> national laws. <br /> 2.2 Applicant must not have outstanding debts to the City of Everett <br /> such as fines or judgments. <br /> 2.3 Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. <br /> 2.4 Applicants must read and agree to the City of Everett policy, rules <br /> and regulations and agree to comply with procedures and conditions of <br /> use. <br /> 2.5 Applicants may be required to provide insurance or a performance <br /> bond that is payable to the Everett Station/City of Everett up to a set <br /> amount if named party does not fully comply with City policy or <br /> regulations. <br /> 2.6 The City of Everett may require a safety inspection by the Everett <br /> Station on site facility manager or designee prior to the event taking place. <br /> 3 1 Weyerhaeuser Room—Exhibit A <br />
