Exhibit C 3 THE WEYERHAEUSER ROOM THE EVERETT STATION MEETING AND BANQUET FACILITY 3201 SMITH AVENUE,EVERETT, WASHINGTON 98201 RENTAL AGREEMENT AGREEMENT: I hereby approve the rental arrangements herein. I have read the Meeting and Banquet Facility and Outdoor Space Interim Use Policy and understand the conditions and requirements for rental and agree to comply with all conditions. I state t#iaI have the authority to enter into this Agreement for the applicant or organization, agree that the applicant or organization will observe all applicable conditions of use while using the Meeting and Banquet Facility and/or outdoor space at Everett Station, and will exercise the utmost care in the use of the aforementioned premises and property. I agree to assume full responsibility and legal liability for the above-described event and to abide by all conditions stipulated upon acceptance of this Agreement. Further, I hereby release, indemnify and promise to defend and save harmless, the City of Everett, its officers, employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, actions and claims, including costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the City, its officers, employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors in defense thereof, asserting or arising directly or indirectly on account of or out of or incident to Lessee's use of the Meeting and Banquet Facility and/or outdoor space at Everett Station pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, this paragraph does not purport to indemnify the City against liability for damages arising out of bodily injuries to persons or damages caused by or resulting from the sole negligence of the City, its officers, employers, agents, contractors and subcontractors.
