3 <br /> Policy and Procedures Guideline regarding Use of Everett <br /> Station's Weyerhaeuser Room and Outdoor Space <br /> 1.0 Purpose $- <br /> To establish policy and procedural guidelines for use of Everett Station's <br /> Weyerhaeuser Room and outdoor space, effective June 1, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Application <br /> This policy applies to users of the Weyerhaeuser Room andoutdoor <br /> spaces. This policy is meant to be a general guideline and there may be <br /> specific exceptions that are covered under separate Procedures or the Not- <br /> for Profit Use Policy, for the use of Everett Station. Exhibits A-E may be <br /> modified by City administration as market demand and City of Everett <br /> business needs change. <br /> 2.0 Policy Statement <br /> 2.1 Weyerhaeuser Room <br /> The City of Everett has developed the Weyerhaeuser Room on the fourth <br /> floor of Everett Station. It has been developed for the purpose of <br /> providing space for a variety of functions including but not limited to, <br /> receptions, banquets, seminars, forums and governmental meetings. The <br /> City desires to rent this space for a fee that is consistent with its quality, <br /> amenities and location as per the fee schedule (Exhibit B). The City will <br /> benefit from renting this space and rental income is intended to help <br /> maintain and operate Everett Station. --- <br /> 2.2 Outdoor Space <br /> There are four parking lots and two unassigned"intercity"bus bays. <br /> These spaces have been developed to support the provision of public <br /> transportation services and tenants of Everett Station. During times when <br /> these spaces are not required to support the transportation providers and/or <br /> tenants of Everett Station, they may be rented for a fee per the fee <br /> schedule. <br /> Weyerhaeuser Room—Policy and Procedures <br /> 7 <br />
