4. The area which is south of Everett between Gipson Road on the north, 148th St SW on <br /> the South, Highway 99 on the west, and I-5 on the east is an unincorporated island <br /> and not designated at this time to be a part of Everett's or Lynnwood's Municipal <br /> Urban Growth Area the only communities who have expressed interest in the area. <br /> This is not a part of Everett's Municipal Urban Growth Boundary at this time. <br /> 5. Highway 99 between Airport Road and Highway 525 should be a part of Mukilteo's <br /> Municipal Urban Growth Area and under Mukilteo's jurisdiction. This should then <br /> have the roadway (Highway 99) under the jurisdiction and responsibility of the State <br /> of Washington Department of Transportation. <br /> 6. Airport Road is partly in Everett's jurisdiction.
