EXHIBIT B <br /> COMPENSATION - 4 <br /> The Contractor shall be paid by the City for completed work for services rendered under this <br /> Agreement as provided hereinafter. <br /> Compensation to the Contractor for surveying services shall be at the following rates: <br /> FIELD WORK 2003 2004 <br /> 2 PERSON CREW $133.00 $137.00 <br /> 3 PERSON CREW $179.00 $184.00 <br /> LSIT $84.00 $87.00 <br /> GPS Per Hour $41.00 $42.00 <br /> OFFICE PERSONNEL <br /> Professional Engineer $ 116.00 $119.00 <br /> Jr. PLS $92.00 $95.00 <br /> Sr. PLS $113.00 $116.00 <br /> Technician $ 72.00 $ 74.00 <br /> Such payment shall be full compensation for work performed or services rendered and for all <br /> labor, materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the work. No <br /> additional compensation will be allowed for services over and above the cost per hour figures, <br /> including overtime work. Payment for services is considered portal to portal for each project. <br /> Payment for extra/other work performed under this Agreement shall be paid as agreed to by <br /> the Project Manager and Contractor when the extra work is identified in Exhibit C and <br /> authorized by the Project Manager. <br /> In the event of a substantial change in the scope of work, the complexity or character of work, <br /> or the design criteria used, the project estimate may be increased or decreased by a written <br /> change order (Exhibit C) for the project approved by both parties. <br /> 10 18 <br />
