Work shall be authorized on a per task basis by the Park Development/ Construction Supervisor. .The City shall pay the Contractor a sum equal to the amount of hours actually worked multiplied by the rate identified herein for the staff performing the Work, subject to a maximum of$12,000 with a maximum total of$650 in reimbursables included within. Responsibility Rate Principal $90.00/hour Mechanical Engineer $80.00/hour Drafting $60.00/hour Clerical $35.00/hour FEE PROPOSAL Forest Park Pool Building Shower Area Loft and Mechanical Room Loft Exhaust City of Everett Parks & Recreation Presented To: Henry Schroder June 5, 2003 DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The existing pool recreation facility has a loft area above the Men's & Womens's Shower areas and the overhead area of the Mechanical Room that is not ventilated to prevent heat and moisture build-up. This heat and moisture build up (particularly durin¢ the warm outdoor season) • becomes unacceaDtable for the Staff to perfotrn service, maintenance and inspection. We will act as a prime consultant for this phase of work bringing in an Electrical Consultant to provide electrical related design services. SCOPE OF SERVICES RICE Croup, Inc. shall provide Mechanical Desi Services for the Exhaust Systems as follows: •Site Visits for Etsting Conditions • • Establish Existing Conditions at Loft Are and Upper area of Mech.
