Everett Mall Way, Everett, Washington <br />Our Job No. 2197.1 <br />Dear Mr. Miller: <br />At the request of our client, BP/Global Alliance, Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., is submitting <br />documents for review and approval for a Commercial Building Permit for tenant improvements. The <br />proposal is to construct a 24- by 55-foot expansion of the existing 32- by 55-foot gasoline pump island <br />canopy (Type 2N construction, Type S-III occupancy), and to install two new multi-product dispensers <br />with associated product piping. Improvement work has been estimated at $140,000. <br />Enclosed are the following items far your review: <br />■ Four (4) sets of construction drawings <br />■ One (1) colnpleted permit application <br />■ Two (2) sets of calculations <br />It is our understanding that your office will route these plans to all of the departments (fire, planning, and <br />structural).
