January 4, 2017 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> J. T. Dray, Everett, spoke about his attendance at the Planning <br /> Commission meeting where he requested that the Commission consider <br /> including the Transportation Advisory Committee in the discussion about <br /> the 20-year plan. Mr. Dray spoke about TAC vacancies and urged the <br /> Mayor to consider appointing an individual who depends on Everett <br /> Transit. He also stressed the importance of posting bus schedules on <br /> poles. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, stated he appreciated the September 28, 2016, <br /> Council presentation by Climate Solutions. He expressed concern that the <br /> report contained minimal citizen involvement. Mr. Minchew also <br /> announced the formation of the group 350 Everett. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> 2017 State Legislative Priorities Agenda <br /> Presented by Bob Bolerjack, Administration <br /> Regarding the SR 526 project, Council Member Roberts commented that <br /> the City worked hard to make sure there is an ST3 station in that area, <br /> and raised the question about bus access considerations if designs are <br /> being considered. <br /> Relating to human needs for treatment facilities, drug detox, and mental <br /> illness treatment, Council Member Stonecipher commented about the <br /> City's decision to not provide mental health treatment coverage for City <br /> 4 <br />
