The <br />proposed project is an expansion of an existing second floor/mezzanine within an existing <br />manufacturing and office building. The total square footage of the second floor expansion is 3,687 <br />square feet. The applicant must provide six (6) additional parking spaces as required by the Evereft <br />Municipal Code. <br />ADDENDUM (Current): The application is an Addendum to the existing SEPA decision (SEPA #00- <br />012).
