Show size and location of vents on <br />roof plan. <br />13. Provide section/detail at brick veneer. Show how lintel is attached to structure and how <br />veneer is supported. <br />14. Show how free standing deck is capable of resisting wind and seismic loads. Provide <br />design by strucrural engineer. <br />15. Provide stair detail(s). Show all components including handrail, guard, rise, i�un, tread <br />material. Detail stringer attachment to deck structure. <br />16. Provide guard detail showing how guard is capable of resisting a 200 Ib load applied in <br />any direction at any point along the top. <br />17. Guard posts shall not be attached to rim joists that have a connection that is subject to <br />withdrawal. Guard posts shall not be notched over rim joist. <br />18. Include wood stove in permit application (in ADU). <br />19. All architectural and structural plan sheets shall be the same size. Plans shall be <br />numbered sequentially.
