7. Provide nosings on stairways with solid risers. Show requirement on plans per section <br />R311.7.5.3 IRC. <br />8. Provide minimum 50 CFM exhaust fan in half-bath. Exhaust fan shall be vented to the <br />e�erior. <br />9. Show footings for all new decks on foundation plan or basement plan. Framing for deck <br />should be shown on basement plan. <br />10. Provide safety glass at hazardous locations as defined in Section R308 IRC. Show on <br />plans. <br />11. Provide landing within 1�/z" of finished floor where doors where doors swing out from <br />dwelling. Show landing on plans. <br />12. Verify that existing basement wall adjacent to new garage is capable of supporting <br />vehicle surcharge from garage addition. Provide to Building Dept. for review. <br />13. Label all windows and doors as new or existing. <br />14. Provide smoke alarms per R314 IRC. Show on plans. <br />15. Provide carbon monoxide alarms per R315 IRC.
