May 27, 2014 <br />City of Everett Building Inspector <br />Permit # C 1311-005 & E 1312-073 <br />Mark Lesyna and Robin Madsen Lesyna <br />3709 Shore Ave <br />Everett, WA. 98203 <br />Here is the signed engineering report for the proposed changes to the <br />beams in the basement that Dave requested upon his last inspection of the <br />premises. <br />We would also like to add a bathroom with pump up toilet, vanity <br />sink, and shower, along with a kitchen in the basement that could be used <br />when entertaining in the back yard barbeque area and the recreation/game <br />room.
