Pedestrian Alley Gateway and Everpark Exterior Garage Facade Study <br /> 3.1 Conceptual Design/Program <br /> • Assist the owner with the program development to determine gateway structure design and <br /> signage. <br /> • Develop alley plan concepts based on the program. <br /> • Prepare drawings to illustrate the design for owners. <br /> • Develop color and materials to be used within the Pedestrian Alley Gateway and Everpark <br /> Exterior Garage facade study. <br /> • Develop plant materials/landscape plan. <br /> • Prepare drawings to illustrate the design for owners and public approval. <br /> 3.2 Develop a cost estimate,schedule,and land use permits. <br /> 3.3 Coordinate structural engineer,landscape architect and lighting designer/engineer <br /> 4. Schematic Design <br /> 4.1 Schematic design package from the selected conceptual design for City of Everett approval <br /> 4.2 Develop a cost estimate and schedule <br /> 4.3 Coordinate structural engineer,landscape architect and lighting designer/engineer <br /> 5.
