3 <br /> D. Levels of Accomplishment <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, the Contractor <br /> agrees to provide the following levels of program services: <br /> Activity Units of Service* per Month Total Units/Year <br /> An Hour of Class Time 85.5 684 Hours <br /> Total unduplicated Everett Residents or <br /> Total People or Households to be served Households to be served <br /> 100 75 <br /> *Note: Provide definition of Units of Service here. If this is a construction project, please explain <br /> here how the improvements will be used and how they benefit the community, what the target <br /> population is for the project, etc. <br /> Definition: <br /> A unit of service is defined as 1 hour of classroom instruction per participant. The scheduled number of classroom hours <br /> for the program year is 114. It is anticipated that 100 individuals will participate in class offerings during the abbreviated <br /> program year, and that there will be a class size average of 6. This results in an anticipated 684 total class hours of <br /> participation (114 X average class size of 6). Class offerings occur in 48 of 52 weeks of the year. <br /> II. Time of Performance <br /> Services of the Contractor shall start on the 1st day of August, 2003 and end on the 31 day of <br /> May, 2004. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall be extended to cover any <br /> additional time period during which the Contractor remains in control of CDBG funds or other <br /> assets, including program income. The City may, at its discretion, extend the term of this <br /> Agreement to allow for the expenditure of unexpended funds. <br /> B-4 <br /> 13 <br />
