00110eral Administration 3 <br /> [Add description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted <br /> above] <br /> The College of Hope Program is supported within the Social Services Department with the following administrative <br /> structure: <br /> The Social Services Director is responsible for full implementation,fiscal oversight, and all reporting requirements of the <br /> grant;the Program's Manager is responsible for the daily management of the College of Hope, including the continued <br /> development and implementation of the Program,as well as quality control; and the College of Hope Coordinator is <br /> responsible for development of partnerships, new and/or updated class offerings,the development of wrap-around <br /> resources, including childcare and transportation, and data gathering and maintenance. Further, a College of Hope VISTA <br /> Volunteer assists in the development of systems, including data collection, pre-and post-assessment, focus groups, and <br /> other administrative activities that support sustainable program development. <br /> The College of Hope Program is further supported by the wider agency's efforts, including the Case Management <br /> Supervisor, who works closely with the Programs Manager in effective integration of the College of Hope into the case <br /> management service delivery, and Tomorrow's Hope Childcare, which provides access to much-needed transportation <br /> resources. <br /> B. National Oblectives <br /> The Contractor certifies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement <br /> will meet one or more of the following CDBG National Objectives - 1) benefit low/moderate income <br /> persons, 2) aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight, 3) meet community development <br /> needs having a particular urgency - as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. <br /> C. Performance Monitoring <br /> The City will monitor the performance of the Contractor against goals and performance standards <br /> required herein. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non- <br /> compliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken <br /> by the Contractor within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the City, contract <br /> suspension or termination procedures will be initiated. <br /> B-3 <br /> 1 2 <br />
