3 CITY OF EVERETT DESIGN OF SCHEDULE A FACILITIES FOR UPGRADE OF THE EVERETT WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY(WPCF) EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK Planned engineering services to be performed in accordance with Article 1 of the Agreement comprise and are limited to those specifically set forth in this exhibit.These services are for the final design,bid assistance, and construction management assistance work associated with the Project,as described herein. The Scope of Work for this Project assumes that all construction activities will occur on the existing EWPCF site. It is also based on the assumption that the City will hire a Construction Contractor(General Contractor/Construction Manager-GC/CM)under a separate Agreement with the City.
