Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Provide Smoke Alarms per International Residential Code (IRC) Section R314, Show on <br /> plans <br /> 2. Provide Carbon Monoxide Alarms per Tnternational Residential Code (IRC) Section R315, <br /> Show on plans. <br /> 3. Show proposed entry on Plan View and Elevations. Provide construction details for the <br /> proposed entry porch including post locations (shown difFerent or missing on various <br /> views), footing size and connection, connection of rafters to dwelling, sheathing, <br /> moisture barrier and roofing material. <br /> 4. The drawings are not the same in both sets. Be sure that all engineering is shown on <br /> both sets. <br /> � 5. Label all spaces for their intended use (room off of new bathroom above garage). <br /> v6. Provide minimum 50 CFM exhaust fan in new bathroom.
