These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Provide Smoke Alarms per International Residential Code (IRC) Section R314, Show on plans 2. Provide Carbon Monoxide Alarms per Tnternational Residential Code (IRC) Section R315, Show on plans. 3. Show proposed entry on Plan View and Elevations. Provide construction details for the proposed entry porch including post locations (shown difFerent or missing on various views), footing size and connection, connection of rafters to dwelling, sheathing, moisture barrier and roofing material. 4. The drawings are not the same in both sets. Be sure that all engineering is shown on both sets. � 5. Label all spaces for their intended use (room off of new bathroom above garage). v6. Provide minimum 50 CFM exhaust fan in new bathroom.
