C�nstruction permits, inspections, and approvals must be obtained for the structure in accordance with established building code requirements. 2_ A Public Works Pei�rnit is required for this project_ Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Wozks Departznent, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. Stormwater from new impervious surfaces shall not be discharged, through dawnspouts or other direct pipe connectic�ns, into a combined sewer,including a lateral line or side sewer connected to the city's combined sewer systerrz as per EMC Chapter 14.08.180 H. 7. It is the applicant/owner's responsibility to ensure that stormwater runtofF frozn new impervious surfaces will be znanaged on-site in a manner that daes not adversely affect neighboring properties, including the City's right-of-way and/or easements and the improvements located therein. 8_ City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times durin� construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 9_ Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these plans. 10. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction.
