. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT THAT: <br /> 1. The City Council supports"EVERYONE AT HOME NOW" A Strategy for ending <br /> Homelessness in Snohomish County, Washington by 2016. <br /> 2. That the City of Everett will work cooperatively with Snohomish County, cities in <br /> Snohomish County, the State of Washington, the federal government, public housing <br /> authorities, non profit organizations, faith based organizations, and the business <br /> community to implement the vision for homelessness assistance within the document <br /> "EVERONE AT HOME NOW" and supports the use of County, State, and Federal grant <br /> funds to accomplish the plan goals. <br /> 3.
