The work on these permits was not inspected or finaled, and the scope of the work has <br /> changed. <br /> In response to the application submitted, the plans have been examined and you are advised that this <br /> is an incomplete submittal for building permit. Please submit two sets of drawings with a response <br /> letter indicating how corrections are resolved on the plan set. <br /> Gyneral <br /> 1. The tenant demising walls should be shown for the whole building. <br /> 2. Exiting should be clearly marked and readily accessed from the toilet rooms shared between <br /> current and future tenants. <br /> 3. Future and current tenant areas should be shown on the drawings. <br /> a. Drawings for areas for future tenants should show current layout of walls and doors. <br /> i/4. A separate tenant improvement permit application is required for the Nutri-Shake tenant in the <br /> northeast corner. Plumbing, walls, and fixtures in the kitchen should be shown on the drawings <br /> submitted for permit. This area should be shaded or otherwise designated on the drawings as <br /> a separate permit application (not in scope for this permit). <br /> 5. Please indicate new work (or work that was not inspected or approved) with dark lines. <br /> Existing work should be indicated as light lines, and demolition work should be indicated with <br /> dashed lines. This includes ceilings, wall sections, doors, and any other revision where a <br /> building permit is required, per IBC section 105.1. <br /> a. New walls should be targeted on the plans to detailed wall sections. <br /> b. The drawings should be clear enough that the scope of the new work could be <br /> understood by someone other than the submitter. <br /> Occupancy <br /> 1. The code analysis for this tenant space and for the building should be shown on the drawings, <br /> to include: <br /> a. Occupancy type, area, and occupant loads. <br /> b. Active suppression or fire detection system, if present. <br /> c. Construction type with allowable heights and areas, per IBC table 503. <br /> d. Applicable codes. <br />
