A building permit is required for this construction. <br /> 2. Lateral analysis is required for wind and seismic loading and for walls over 10'-0"tall. <br /> 3. Projections in the 5' rear setback are required to have 1-hour fire-resistive construction on the <br /> underside with no openings allowed. <br /> 4. Rooftop downspouts shall not be connected to the sewer. <br /> 5. Rooftop runoff shall be directed in such a way as to not impact the adjoining properties. <br /> Planning Department Comments: <br /> 1. If a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent construction <br /> permit within eighteen (18) months from the approval date of this decision, the permit shall be <br /> deemed terminated, unless an extension is granted. If the permittee requests an extension in <br /> writing not later than eighteen (18)months from the land use permit date, the Director may grant <br /> a six (6)month extension. <br /> 2. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing <br /> Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice.
