Internal Roads: All roads on the property other than External Roads. <br /> External Lots: All lots having any frontage on an External Road. <br /> Internal Lot: All lots other than External Lots. <br /> (b) PERMITTED USES: <br /> The development of the Development Property shall comply with the permitted uses and <br /> development standards of the underlying M-1 zone and the Southwest Everett Sub-area Plan <br /> Planned Action Ordinance, except as provided herein. <br /> (c) DESIGNATED RETAIL AREAS: <br /> Two nodes of retail to be permitted: <br /> (1) Up to 3 acres at the intersection of Glenwood Avenue & Sievers- <br /> Duecy Blvd. (Glenwood Node); <br /> (2) Up to 10 acres at the intersection of Hardeson Road& Sievers- <br /> Duecy Blvd. (Hardeson Node). <br /> In designated retail areas, retail uses as described below maybe permitted in freestanding <br /> buildings not associated with other permitted M-1 uses. The general location of the two nodes <br /> are shown on the Approved PDO. The specific location of the two nodes shall be approved by <br /> the City Planning Director, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or <br /> delayed. Retail uses that shall be permitted in the Glenwood Node and Hardeson Node are as <br /> follows: <br /> 2004 Revised Development Agreement <br /> 22 <br /> 8/23/2005 <br />
