Glenwood Node: All uses and their applicable special regulations as <br /> listed in the Everett Zoning Code under B-1 Neighborhood Business zone, <br /> including the following uses: <br /> Laundromat <br /> Shopping Center <br /> Hardeson Node: All uses and their applicable special regulations (except <br /> those regulations relative to uses in the M-1 zone) as listed in the Everett Zoning <br /> Code under B-2 Community Business zone, including the following uses: <br /> Appliance Sales/Service Laundromat <br /> Bowling Alley Restaurants with Drive-up Window <br /> Carpet Store Shopping Center <br /> Consumer Services Skating Rink <br /> Espresso Stand Veterinary Clinic <br /> Nodes: In addition, in both the Glenwood and Hardeson nodes: (i) <br /> financial institutions shall be permitted to have drive-up teller stations and shall <br /> be allowed in stand-alone buildings; and(ii)restaurants shall be permitted in <br /> freestanding buildings. <br /> (d) EXISTING MANUFACTURING USES: <br /> The existing on-site pipe manufacturing, ready-mix and related manufacturing uses on <br /> the Rinker Property that are nonconforming uses or are allowed by the M-1 zone may continue to <br /> operate, subject to the screening and buffering requirements of this Section. When any lot is <br /> developed adjacent to the existing and related manufacturing uses,Rinker shall install a 15 foot <br /> wide landscape buffer planted to Type I standards,with a solid sight obscuring fence,the entire <br /> length of the common property line on the existing manufacturing site. If the existing and <br /> related manufacturing activities remain active at such time that an internal road is extended to <br /> provide access to the manufacturing activities,Rinker shall install a 20 foot wide landscape <br /> 2004 Revised Development Agreement <br /> 23 <br /> 8/23/2005 <br />
