(k) LOADING SPACE: <br /> External Lots Internal Lots <br /> As designated for M-1 zone. <br /> 75%of Building Perimeter for lots further than <br /> 600 ft. from External Roads and lots abutting <br /> property in the M-1 Zone not in the PD overlay <br /> (Seaway Lot 8, King Extrusions &Intracorp); <br /> provided, minor modifications of the 600 ft. set <br /> back for internal lots may be granted by the <br /> Planning Director in conjunction with binding <br /> site plan approval. <br /> (1) OUTDOOR STORAGE: <br /> External Lots Internal Lots <br /> Max 5% of bldg. footprint. Max 25% of bldg. Footprint screened per City <br /> Zoning Code, for lots upon which there is more <br /> than 25% loading dock on the perimeter of <br /> buildings. <br /> (m) OPEN SPACE: <br /> One half of the 20% of open space required on each lot will be provided by provision of <br /> an equivalent or greater area in a consolidated open space recreation area established as <br /> permanent open space south of Sievers-Duecy Boulevard in accordance with Part One of this <br /> Agreement.
