Reports. The City reserves the option to have additional compaction tests done at City <br /> expense to verify. compliance. <br /> 5. Rinker shall leave the rough graded sites in a condition such that the site shall not be <br /> damaged by surface runoff if the site overwinters in the rough graded state. Adequate <br /> drainage and erosion control measures shall be provided to prevent damage and siltation. <br /> 6. Rinker shall provide a rough graded transition access route from Lot 45-A to Lot 45-B. <br /> The access route shall be a minimum of 12 feet in width and its gradient shall not exceed <br /> 5%. The access route shall extend from the existing gate southeast of the existing athletic <br /> fields where it adjoins Lot 45-B and extend to the top of the Lot 45-B fill plateau. <br /> 7. Rinker shall provide a rough graded access road from Sievers-Duecy Boulevard to the <br /> top of the Lot 45-B fill plateau. The access road shall be a minimum of 35 feet in width <br /> and its gradient shall not exceed 12%. This access road shall be routed east of the fence <br /> between Lot 45-A and 45-B and shall follow the alignment shown on Everett Parks and <br /> Recreation's Master Plan. <br /> 8. Rinker shall provide a rough graded access road from Sievers-Duecy Boulevard to the <br /> top of the Lot 45-D fill plateau. The access road shall be a minimum of 35 feet in width <br /> and its gradient shall not exceed 10%. This access road shall follow the alignment shown <br /> on Everett Parks and Recreation's Master Plan. <br /> 9. Lot 45-E shall be prepared prior to transfer by using the wick-drain rapid settlement <br /> method. Drain spacing shall be at approximately 12' or as required to achieve 90% <br /> consolidation on the eastern one-half of the lot and as required to achieve 85% <br /> consolidation on the western half of the Lot. Consolidation and preparation of Lot 45-E <br /> shall be done in conformance with the attached specifications, to be prepared by.
