The City Council recognizes the Baker Heights Redevelopment Master Plan and supports its <br /> concepts and development as a long term improvement to north Everett. <br /> 2. That the City of Everett will work with the Everett Housing Authority to implement their vision <br /> for Baker Heights supporting the use of County, State,and Federal grant funds as the Everett <br /> Housing Authority moves forward on its efforts. <br /> 3.
