The <br /> Citation described the violations and the corrective action that needed to be taken, gave a date by which <br /> corrective action was required, and set a hearing date for appealing the notice to the City's violations <br /> Hearing Examiner. The owner did not correct the violations. The Hearing Examiner authorized the City to <br /> execute the required abatements by private contract. The City incurred costs in performing said abatements, <br /> which were billed to the owner and are over 30 days past due.
