RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming expenses incurred by the City of Everett while <br /> performing abatement of violations, and authorizing placement of a lien against the <br /> property known as 2227 Wetmore Avenue, parcel number 00 4391 478 013 00 in the <br /> amount of$2,274.30. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance performed <br /> inspections at 2227 Wetmore Avenue ("the subject property"), the legal description of <br /> which is as follows: <br /> EVERETT PLAT OF BLK 478 D-00—S 1/2 LOT 13 &N <br /> 20 FT LOT 14 LESS E 55 FT OF S 121h FT THROF <br /> and found that conditions existed that were in violation of the Everett Municipal Code; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the property owner of record was duly notified of these conditions, <br /> was given the opportunity to correct the conditions, and had adequate notice of <br /> opportunities to appear at hearings to appeal the City's allegations; and <br /> WHEREAS,the property owner failed to correct the violations; and <br /> WHEREAS, following the public hearing, the violations hearing examiner <br /> authorized the City to undertake and complete abatement of the violations at the full <br /> expense of the property owner if the property owner failed to abate them himself; and <br /> i5 <br />
