The City may act without further order or direction of the Violations Hearing <br /> Examiner. <br /> 11.Any appeal of this Order must be filed in Superior Court and be made within twenty- <br /> one days of the issuance of this Order and comply with the procedures set forth in <br /> Chapter 36.70C of the Revised Code of Washington.
