Further, the Respondents and/or its successors shall secure the primary residential structure in accordance with Appendix A of the International Property Maintenance Code by August 17, 2012. The primary residential structure must remain properly secured in accordance with Appendix A of the International Property Maintenance Code until it has been repaired and the violations described above abated. 3. The Respondents and/or its successors shall demolish the attached accessory structure. The Respondents and/or its successors shall apply for and obtain the necessary and required permits to demolish the attached accessory structure by August 17, 2012. Work to demolish the attached accessory structure must be completed by September 17, 2012. Completion of work means all demolition debris removed from the property and obtaining and passing any final inspections lawfully required by the City of Everett Building Official. 4. The Respondents and/or its successors shall cut, remove and properly dispose of tall grass and weeds and maintain the property free of overgrown vegetation by August 17, 2012. 5. The Respondents and/or its successors shall remove or paint to cover the graffiti on the primary structure by August 17, 2012. 6. The Respondents shall be fined joint and severally$500.00 for each violation of IPMC 108.1.5; IPMC 108.1.1; IPMC 108.1.3; IPMC 304.1.1; IPMC 304.7; IPMC 304.2; IPMC 304.6; EMC§8.20.020 (E) and (F) for a total fine of$4,500.00. 7. The Respondents shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC §1.20.020 or any ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations or ordinance, for the next twenty-four (24) months. 8. The Respondents shall pay the $4,500.00 fine no later than August 24, 2012. Payment shall be made to the City of Everett Treasurer at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett Washington, 98201. If payment is not made on or before August 24, 2012, collection action will be taken, which may include assigning the debt to a collection agency pursuant to EMC §1.20.050(D). 9. This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral Orders issued at the Public Hearing. 10.If the Respondents fail to abate the identified violations as directed by this Order, the City of Everett is authorized to undertake and complete the abatement in conformance with the provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 1.20, at the full expense of the owner, which shall be in addition to the fines as imposed herein. 8
