May 6, 2015 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., May 6, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call <br /> it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Moore, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council <br /> Member Gipson was excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 29, 2015, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> The Mayor had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> There were no reports by council members. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> The City Attorney had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, commented on the need for an Everett climate <br /> action plan and asked council members to take action to form a citizen <br /> commission on energy uncertainty and global warming. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Adopt Resolution regarding the Burlington Northern Santa Fe <br /> Railway Company Pigeon Creek Slope Stabilization Project <br /> Presented by Mike Palacios, Real Property <br /> 128 <br />
