This amendment identifies ST as the responsible party for <br /> installation,maintenance and removal of TVM equipment and any other equipment ST may choose to install <br /> at Everett Station in the future. The City of Everett must approve future installations. If equipment is <br /> removed, ST is responsible for repairing and restoring installation sites to pre-installation status.
