Consistency of proposal to the qoals and policies of tha <br /> Everett General Plan for the project area and desianated <br /> land use. <br /> Finding: The City's Comprahensive General Plan designates the <br /> entire Legion Park and Golf Field as 2.0: Parks and Public <br /> Open Space, and propoe�ed project site is within Leqion Park. <br />
