As the fence exists now, there is not room enough for <br /> � ' a wheelbarrow to pass along the sidewalk. <br /> !� 6. They sugqest a screening effect rather than the ten <br /> (10) foot fence. <br /> Percy Muchler of 426 Alverson Blvd stated the view is important <br /> to the residente and the new fence deters from the view. <br /> , Mr. Willoughby' s rebuttal statements were as follows: <br /> � <br /> 1. He feels the fence height is 5' 6". <br /> 2. �Whether the fence is 42" or 72" it probably would not <br /> � make any difference in reference to the movement of a <br /> wheelbarrow bn the sidewalk. <br /> 3.
