Dean Hough of the Public Works Department then made the following cotmnents: 1. The applicant's Yeqal deacription of thcir property was incorrect. 2. The exieting cyclone fer�ce is an thn street right-of-way and needs to be moved back. 3. The fence does not meet Public Works' requirement� in reqard to Ordinance 556-78. Mrs. Whalen then agreed to take the fence down wlien Casino Road ie widened and improved. There was no one in the audience against the granting of thc variance and there was no further comment. After visually viewing the subject propecty and considering all the facts, it was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mr. Russell and unanimously carried to ,grant the varlance as it meets all the reqiiirements of Section 19.70.060 of � the Everett Municipal Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, ,3, and 4.
