The applicant <br /> will be providing four off-street parkinq spaces (two in <br /> the qaraqe and two in front of the garage) . <br /> The Applicant has volunteered to provide fill to extend <br /> 39th Street fifteen feet to the west, thus providinq addi- <br /> tionel area for a turnaround at the end of the street. <br /> Public Works has suhmitted a memo agreeinq to provide a <br /> black top surface Por the roadbed that the developer is <br /> providing. <br /> b.
