This will allow the repark provisions to apply to this block in addition to <br /> the balance of the currently defined central business district; (2)the ordinance provides a technical change to <br /> the parking penalty provisions more accurately reflecting the basis for the calculation of the penalty. It <br /> should be noted, however, that this revision will not change the amount of the current penalty; and (3) the <br /> ordinance removes the parking payment function from the City Clerk's Office transferring it to the <br /> Municipal Court. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt AN ORDINANCE amending the City's parking regulations concerning time zones and <br /> penalties for parking infractions, Ordinance No. 2691-03 (EMC 46.28.020F) and Ordinance <br /> No. 2395-99 as amended (EMC 46.28.270) <br /> Agenda Parking 17 <br />
