This will allow the repark provisions to apply to this block in addition to the balance of the currently defined central business district; (2)the ordinance provides a technical change to the parking penalty provisions more accurately reflecting the basis for the calculation of the penalty. It should be noted, however, that this revision will not change the amount of the current penalty; and (3) the ordinance removes the parking payment function from the City Clerk's Office transferring it to the Municipal Court.
