Council later authorized the transfer of an additional$4.0 million to this fund for <br /> parks projects. <br /> The purpose of this reserve account has been accomplished. The ordinance includes a list of projects funded <br /> by this program,which include such projects as the Silver Lake Property Acquisition,Kasch Park Soccer <br /> Field, and Wiggums Hollow Park Renovation. <br /> There are no funds remaining and no financial transactions remaining; the program is ready to be closed. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt the proposed ordinance approving the closure of the special program entitled"Parks and Recreational <br /> Improvements Program of 1999 (CIP 5)",Fund 162,Program 005, as established by Ordinance No. 2391-99. <br /> 27 <br />
