�> 6 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special program entitled "Parks and <br /> Recreational Improvements Program of 1999 (CIP 5)", Fund 162, Program <br /> 005, as established by Ordinance No. 2391-99. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Parks and Recreational Improvements Program of 1999 (CIP 5)" Fund <br /> 162, Program 005 was established to provide a reserve account for $4,500,000 that the <br /> City Council restricted for planning, purchase, design, and construction of parks and <br /> recreational projects and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the reserve account has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special program, Fund No. 162, Program 005, entitled "Parks and <br /> Recreational Improvements Program of 1999 (CIP 5)" be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses of the "Parks and Recreational <br /> Improvements Program of 1999 (CIP 5)", Fund 162, Program 005, are as follows: <br /> A. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 4 $4,500,000 <br /> General Fund Contribution 4,000,000 <br /> Interest and Other Miscellaneous 780,427 <br /> TOTAL $9,280,427 <br /> 28 <br />
