CITY OF EVERETT,WASHINGTON <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR- <br /> 2004 Signal Improvements <br /> W.O.#3182 <br /> NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk at the City Clerk's <br /> Office, lst Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, Washington 98201, until 2:00 p.m., on <br /> Tuesday, November 16, 2004, for the construction of two traffic signals, described more completely in <br /> the specifications and contract documents, entitled "City of Everett, Washington, Specifications for <br /> "2004 Signal Improvements, W.O. #3182," and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud. <br /> The engineer's estimate for this project is $343,000.00. <br /> Plans, specifications, addenda, and plan holders list for this project may be viewed or ordered on- <br /> line from Builders Exchange at http://www.bxwa.com/public/everett.html. The City of Everett <br /> strongly encourages contractors to register for the bidder's list kept at Builder's Exchange of <br /> Washington, Inc. No <br /> bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening thereof.
