The Appellanl requested <br /> cert�cation from the City of Everett thet the property at 2605 and 2605-1/2 Baker Avenue, <br /> Everett, Washington (subject property) had non-coMorming uses of three living units in two <br /> structures on one lot. Oi the Nvo structures, one is used as a duplex end the other is used <br /> as a single-family residence. The City mede the decision that there was leck oi evidence <br /> to s�pport the legal existence ot three living unita and Cenied cert�cation of non- <br /> conforming use. The Appellant appealed. <br /> A hearing on the eppeal wes held betore the Hearing Examiner of the Ciry of EvereYc on <br /> July 20, 1995.
