The report form states that there is no record of your <br /> septic t�nk system being pumped out in thF last two and one-half to three <br /> years. <br /> In a follow-up conversation with the Health District, Jack Middleton who <br /> wrote the report recommended that your septic tank system be inspected by <br /> a licensed contractor and pumped if needed. Accordingly, you are hereby <br /> authorized to detay connecti�g to the Barbara Lane Sewers until April 15, <br /> 1997 provided : <br /> 1 . Your septic tank system is inspected and pumped out, if <br /> needed, by December 15, 1992. <br /> 2.
