Presently, the area south of
the 'wall' is developed with a residence structure south of a concrete driveway.
The driveway occurs south of an artificially filled, relatively level and ex=
posed soil area next to the ecology blocks (see sheet M-1). The observed
ecology blocks were observed to occur along the north property line, and are
about 3 to 5 courses high (6' to 10'). We understand that a concrete 'footing'
was constructed upon the natural soils at the base of the 'wall' , :ipon which
the blocks are placed. We also understand that the area has bee artifir, ially
fill with on-site soils behind tlie 'wall ' .
