Photograpli #9 indicates the flow of wat�r wer rty fence and wall, which is nearly 12" within my property line, fnxn the sprinkler system on 3416 Bell Avenue. Needless to say, the same amount of water is bc:in9 delivered to the area shaun in photograph #3. I was required to have four drain catch basins on my 100 by 130 � foot site. I can see rro evi.dence of any such drainage systetn on the i site of 3416 Bell Avenue, yet it has a sprinkler systen. So far, it has only bmken once. ps noted, this is a letter of conplaint but its primrry intent is tn bring the infornation to your attention and to give notice that I intend to rc�place my dead shnibs and atta�t to relocate the dielodged ecoloqy block on or after the second weelc in October. I trust I will not have any problems fmm the cronstruction inspection departrrent• It is my epinion that sooner or later, I will have at least a portion of the deck of 3416 Bell and possibly sane of the rockery in my driveway.
