Stormwatcr thus collectcd should bc tightlined to discharge into u storm scwer or u <br />suitable stormwater disposal facility recommcnded in this report. Sufficient numbers of <br />cleanouts should be providcJ to the underground drain line systems at strategic location to allow <br />for periodicul dcaning of'thc drain lines. <br />13uilding Footing Drains <br />A subdrain should bc installed, as rcquircJ, around thc perimetcr footings of the proposed new <br />residence. The subdrain should consist of a 4-inch-minimum-diameter, perfotated, rigid, PVC, <br />drain pipc, laid a fcw inches bclow the bottom of perimetcr footings. The trench nnd druin line <br />should havc a su(licicnt gradicnt (0.5% minimwn) to g�cneratc 11ow by gravity. The drain line <br />should lx embcdded in washcJ gravel complctely wrappeJ in non-woven tilter fabric to within <br />aboid 12 i�uhes of finish grade.
