This loose to medium- <br />dense, weathercd sand laycr was underinin by u fmsh Bsperance Sund deposit of dense ro very- <br />dense, fine to course sand with a trace of grnvel. Vertical cuts in the weathercd and fresh <br />Esperunce Sand soils on the adjaccnt Lots 32 and 33 had rcmained stable for months. We <br />nnticipate the subject lot wiU be undcrlain by similar I:sperance Sand soils us encoumercd under <br />thc ndjacenl Lots 32 und 33. <br />GROUNDWATER CONDITION <br />[3uilding footprint excavation on adjacent Lots 32 and 33 up to 20 feet decp hu:i not encountered <br />groundwater Thc f'sperauce Sand soils are of high permenbility, and would allow stortnwnter to <br />secp through easily.
