5. Compatibility of proposed structures and improvements with surrounding properties, including <br />the size, height, location, setback and arrangement of all prolrised buildings and facilities, <br />especially as they relate to light and shadow impacts on more sensitive land uses and IesF intensil e <br />zones. <br />Findings: The new antennas will be mounted onto an existing pole structure. <br />Conclusions: The proposal is not anticipated to have adverse impacts on the surrouneing properties. <br />6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more sensitive Land uses. <br />Findings: No signage is proposed <br />Conclusions: Not applicable. <br />7. The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loading and storage areas, <br />especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses. <br />Findings- Screening provision! were required for the installation of the existing pole. No additional <br />screening will b-- necessary for his proposal. All existing landscaping and screening will rernam <br />unchanged. <br />Conclusions: Not applicable. <br />S. The generation of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust:, odor, glare, visual blight or other <br />undesirable impacts. <br />Findings: The proposed facility is unmanned and is not anticipated to emit any known health hazards. <br />Conclusions: No noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visual blight or other undesirable impacts :are <br />anticipated as a result of the proposal. <br />9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan for the area and land use <br />designation in which the property is located. <br />Findings: The site is designated 2.8 Public Facilities on the City of Everett's General Plan map. <br />Conclusions: The proposed use does not conflict with the General Plan. <br />10. Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinanct and other City, State and Federal regulations. <br />Findings: All necessary building and associated permits must be obtained for the proposal prior to <br />construction. <br />Conclusions: The proposal will comply with the provisions of the City's Zoning Code and the <br />applicant must obtain any required State and/or Federal permits. <br />11. Accessibility to public transit, and traffic reduction measures proposed by the applicant to reduce <br />dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br />Findings: The facility is unmanned. <br />Conclusion: Not applicable. <br />
